SECOND DAY Itinerary to discover Piedmont and UNESCO Heritage Meeting with the local guide and guided tour of the medieval city of Alba, queen of the Langhe lands of fine wines and seat of Nutella Ferrero. Piedmont lunch in a typical restaurant based on “Bollito Piemontese”. Visit Alta Langa in a farm where the tourist can produce together with the shepherd the typical cheese Murazzano and discover the cultivation of the typical “Nocciola del Piemonte” (hazelnuts). Tasting of typical products produced in the farm.
THIRD DAY Meeting with the local guide and guided tour of the WIMU Museum in Barolo Castle, the most complete museum in Italy dedicated to wine history and production. Piedmont lunch in a typical restaurant. In the afternoon visit the cellars of the First King of Italy in Fontanafredda and then visit to a small biological wine cellar with tasting of the products.
FOURTH DAY Meeting with the local guide and hiking in search of the truffle on the hill, with the “trifulau” and his dog we will understand how white Langhe’s gold is sought. Picnic on the hill with truffle menu. In the afternoon excursion to Saluzzo medieval town that in 1500 hosted a flourishing Marquisate.
FIFTH DAY In the early morning ride on the balloon on the Monregalese where you can admire the lowland, the hills and the mountains that form the rich land of Piedmont, final with flight baptism. Lunch in the restaurant. Afternoon dedicated to relax in Spa.
SIXTH DAY Meeting with the local guide and visiting the city of Turin, the first capital of Italy with 2000 years of history. Lunch based on Bagna Caoda, the queen of Piemontese cuisine. Afternoon visit to Casa Martini and Mixology lesson by professional Barman with all Martini & Rossi products.
SEVENTH DAY Meeting with the local guide and visit of the Bossea caves where you can tast local wines underground. Piedmont lunch in a typical restaurant. Afternoon cooking classes to learn how to make home-pasta like real Italians.
EIGHT DAY: Transfer to Airport for Return. End of services.
