Bologna, Modena, Sant’Agata Bolognese and Parma
Motor Experience including Drive Text, Ferrari Museum, Food Cooking Lessons, Typical Regional Delicacies (Taste & Visit to Manifacturers) without forgetting the Best of Art and Culture Sightseeing.
1 st day : Bologna Arrival in Bologna and reach the Hotel in the city center. In the afternoon with guide City Tour of Bologna. Visit also the the old Medieval market following the smells and the fragrances coming out from the characteristic and typical “shops” which liven up this area. Dinner in a typical Trattoria in the city center and overnight in hotel.
2 nd day: Bologna and Ducati Buffet breakfast in hotel and meeting with the guide for the a Cooking Bolognese Cuisine Lesson, during which everyone will prepare the three most typical types of Bolognese Homemade Pasta (Tortellini, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle). Buffet lunch with tasting of typical products together with your own “creations”. In the afternoon visit to Ducati Motorbike Factory and Museum (Entry ticket included), where you will assist to the production procedure of the famous Italian motorbike brand. Free Dinner, come back to Bologna and overnight
3 rd day: Lamborghini Factory and Modena Buffet Breakfast and departure to Sant’Agata Bolognese for the visit to the Factory Lamborghini(Entry ticket included) ; after the visit stop for lunch in a typical farm holidays, then afternoon in Modena. City tour of the old town: Cathedral of Modena, the Piazza Grande and the Ghirlandina Tower (outside), Palazzo Ducale. Dinner in restaurant and night in hotel.
4 th day: Ferrari Museum and Vinegar Factory After breakfast transfer to Maranello for the visit to the Ferrari Museum (Entry ticket included). Here you will learn all the ancient history of the most famous in the world. Possibility to make a drive test with a roaring Ferrari (optional). Free Lunch, later visit to a Vinegar Factory to savor the renowned Balsamic Vinegar (possibility to purchase). Dinner and night in hotel.
5 th day: Parma Departure after breakfast to Parma. Arrival in the city and guided tour to discover the most beautiful places: the Cathedral with the dome painted by Correggio, the Baptistery of Benedetto Antelami, the Abbey of St. John the Evangelist, the Pilotta Palace and the Teather Regio, the biggest Opera House in Italy. Visit to a Factory for the “Education Class LEARN TO TASTE” (it takes about 2 h 30 minutes), during the class visit to the Strolghino salted pork salami production: tour plus tasting of products. Afternoon time to leisure for free visit of Parma or for shopping. Free Dinner and overnight in hotel.
6 th day: Parma and the Castles After breakfast departure to Felino Castle, where we will visit the Museum of Salame (Entry ticket included) and the Castle too. Stop inside the Castle for a typical lunch. In the afternoon departure for Soragna for the visit to the Museum of Parmigiano Reggiano to find out the manufacturing process of this famous cheese with a final tasting. Short visit also to Soragna Castle (Entry ticket included), in the past residence of the old family Meli Lupi of Soragna, filled with frescoes and antique furniture. Come back to Parma, free dinner and overnight.
7 th day: Departure After breakfast, trip back to home, end of service.
